Durante un tratamiento de conducto, se extrae el nervio infectado dentro del diente. El procedimiento no se siente diferente a un simple empaste, la clave es la anestesia adecuada. Nos aseguraremos de que est\u00e9 debidamente adormecido antes de realizar este o cualquier procedimiento. Despu\u00e9s de un tratamiento de conducto, el diente tendr\u00e1 que reconstruirse con un poste y un n\u00facleo. Un tratamiento de conducto debilitar\u00e1 la estructura general del diente, por lo que siempre se recomienda una corona para agregar fuerza al diente y prevenir una fractura.
