From the very first visit I felt confident in this dentistry. Staff members are most polite, kind and knowledgeable people i’ve met.

All went very well from the front desk to the doctor and especially my dental assistant, Jessica. I made I scheduled with Jessica for my filling next week. She is very friendly and really good with her job. All around a very well run dental office! Thanks to Advantage Dental Care on Western!

Amazing service

About three weeks ago I had an excruciating abscessed tooth that became an emergency situation. I called here & made an appointment for the next day. Turns out it was really bad & my face, sinuses & left eye were horribly swollen and I was in so much pain I was unable to function anymore. So I called them again in hopes of upping my appointment & they let me come in right away. Immediately! They weren't even officially open for the day! The receptionist was wonderful & very sweet. I was immediately taken into a room, examined, and before I knew it, they had fixed me up with so much kindness & care that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you, Dr. Shin. I think you are the best & nicest dentist I've ever had and I am nearly 64! And Jacqueline (sp?), his assistant, was as sweet as pie and ever so caring. I had never been here before, but I will most definitely come back. Your entire team is stellar and top notch, and I thank you all for your genuine concern for me. You all are THE BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience! I came in for a deep cleaning and was honestly a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly patient and made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly, took their time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental office that truly puts patients first!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! The front desk staff is very lovely, efficient, and transparent about payment. The technician (Cassidy) definitely made the entire visit for me! She is so kind and gentle, she explained everything in detail and left no questions unanswered. Dr.Logan was very professional and kind as well. I dislike going to the dentist but this office may have just changed my mind. Keep up the great work! ❤️❤️❤️

It was the best experience I’ve had in a dentist office in the past few years. I stopped going to the dentist because they would always be rude about my dental problems. I got referred to this dentist office and was told they are very nice and professional staff and I can say the same, they didn’t make me feel embarrassed. I’m looking forward to returning.
